After getting up from bed and walking for a while, it becomes normal. Due to these reasons, it is difficult to sleep at night, in some cases, if you hold something in your hand for some time, your hand feels weak or paralyzed. After a while you can't hold it anymore. Even while talking on the mobile phone, you cannot hold the mobile phone to your ear for a long time.


Some people get tingling or numbness in their legs after sitting for long periods of time. Or he was working with his hands and suddenly he saw that his hand was paralyzed and he could not move it. Or sometimes some parts of the body feel paralyzed.

This kind of problem can be caused by sitting or standing for a long time in the same position or sleeping on soft bed, also because of many reasons such problems can arise, some people don't take it seriously. However, sudden paralysis of the hands and feet can also be a sign of a serious disease. Therefore, if such problems occur frequently, a doctor must be consulted.


Our hands or feet may feel numb or paralyzed for various reasons. For example –


1. This problem can occur if the blood circulation in our hands and feet is less than normal.


2. This pain can also occur if someone has pressure on a nerve or nerves in the cervical spine or neck and lumbar spine or waist.


3. Those who sit or stand for long periods of time.


4. Maybe if the bed is too soft.


5. Apart from that, it can also be the case with some diseases. For example: Cervical spondylosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, lumbar spondylosis, varicose veins, peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, pea-neuron disease etc.


6. Due to lack of vitamins or minerals.


We often ignore such problems in the early stages. As a result of which the disease later becomes fatal, it becomes difficult to get rid of the disease. Therefore, if such symptoms occur, a specialist doctor should be consulted without delay and the cause should be diagnosed and treated.

6. At least 5 days a week, 30 to 45 minutes of sweaty walking should be done.
