Harms caused by anemia of pregnancy:


If the blood is low, the nutrition of mother and baby is low. Various complications can occur during pregnancy and delivery. Both mother and baby have an increased risk of death. Anemia in pregnancy can also cause stunted growth in the baby. Because the blood carries nutrients from the mother's body to the baby. Therefore, the child can get less nutrition due to anemia of the mother. In some cases, the mother's anemia-related diseases directly affect the growth and development of the baby's body and brain. Sometimes certain causes of anemia can lead to nerve or neurodevelopmental problems in the baby. If the blood is low, the nutrition of mother and baby is low. During this time the risk of death of both mother and child increases.


Remedy:


A health check-up should be done before conception.


If the hemoglobin in the blood is less than 10 grams, you should consult a doctor.


Liver, meat, eggs, green vegetables, beans, beans, bananas, guavas, pineapples, non-vegetarian, vitamin and iron-rich foods should be eaten more.


Take iron and folic acid tablets as per doctor's advice.


Any infection should be treated promptly. Regular checkups during pregnancy and hemoglobin test should be done at least once every three months from beginning to end.
