Ingredients:
1 kg of meat
Polao rice 1/2 kg
1 cup of chopped onion
Nutmeg 1/4 part
Jayatri 2 small pieces
8 cardamoms
2 pieces of cinnamon
2 bay leaves
7-8 black peppers
5-6 cloves
Ginger + garlic paste 1 tsp
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
Coriander + cumin 2 teaspoons
1/2 cup of sour yogurt
1 cup of milk
8-10 whole green chillies
Mustard oil as needed
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash the rice and add water. Grind nutmeg, jaggery, coriander, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, black pepper together in a grinder. Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate well with tokadai, chilli, salt, ginger + garlic and powdered spices for 1 hour. Heat the mustard oil in a pot and fry the onion pieces lightly browned. Cook.
The water will come out with the meat, the meat will be cooked, there is no need to add extra water. When the meat water is completely dry and leave the spice oil, put the pot down from the oven.
Add twice the amount of water and salt to taste to double the amount of rice with one cup of milk.
