Raw biryani


Many people do not dare to cook this favorite item of everyone. Will the rice be cooked properly and clean? The meat will not be burnt from the bottom again or the smell of mutton will remain? Many people do not stop cooking raw at home due to many other thoughts. Follow my recipe and make it. InshaAllah, the fear of not being perfect in raw cooking will disappear.


Ingredients:

1 kg of meat

Basmati rice 1/2 kg

Potatoes 1/2 kg

Special biryani spice 1 tbsp

Ghee 250 gms

1 cup of onion barista

2 pieces of cinnamon

4 cardamoms

1 bay leaf

Ginger paste 1 tbsp

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Shahijira 1/2 teaspoon

1 cup of sour yogurt

2 tablespoons almond paste

One and a half teaspoon of chilli powder

One and a half cup of milk

1 teaspoon of sugar

6-8 prunes

10-12 green chillies

Keora water 1 teaspoon

Food color / Jorda color is desired

Salt to taste


Method:


Cut 1 kg of meat into 8 pieces, wash and drain the water. To remove the smell of mutton, put a piece of hot charcoal in a steel pot and put 1 teaspoon of mustard oil on it. After 10 minutes, remove the charcoal pot and marinate the meat with biryani spice, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, sour curd, half ghee, 1/2 cup onion barista, 1/2 cup milk, sugar, almond paste and salt. 1 hour


Cut and wash the potatoes and fry them with yellow / yellow color and salt.

Add the required amount of water to boil the rice in a pot. Add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, shahijira and salt to it. When the water boils, wash it beforehand and add the water with the rice.


Now for cooking biryani, take a heavy heavy pot and put marinated meat with spices in it. Spread potato on top of it. Spread some layer of meat-potato layer on top with the help of spoon or hand and spread some green chillies and barista on it. Spread the rice hot. The rice layer is evenly leveled with keora water, remaining ghee, milk, a little food coloring,


Sprinkle the remaining green chillies, barista and prunes. Mix the flour and seal well around the lid of the pot.



Put the biryani pot in the oven and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Then reduce the heat of the oven and put the biryani pot on a frying pan for another hour.

After an hour, take it down. Magic. Bring water to the tongue, ready to eat raw


(If a part of the coal seems to be a problem, the meat should be washed with vinegar or lemon juice for some time.
