Bot / Bhuri Roast
1 kg belly
Hot spices (cardamom 4/5 tsp, cinnamon 3/4 tsp)
A few green peppers
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons onion paste
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
1 tablespoon garlic paste
Half a teaspoon of coriander powder
Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
Like the amount of oil
Salt to taste
For stock / bagger
1 cup onion sprouts
- After cleaning the belly, boil it and clean it well again.
- When it is hot with oil in a pot, add hot spices.
