Boneless meat 1 kg
2 tbsp onion paste
Ginger + garlic paste 2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon of poppy paste
1 teaspoon of almond paste
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Coriander + cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg + Jayatri powder 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon of fennel powder
Cooking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Kebabchini powder 1/4 teaspoon
2 pieces of cinnamon
2 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Like the amount of mustard oil
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
3 dried chillies
Wash the meat, add water and marinate with all the spices for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cover the meat with spices and cook over medium heat. When the meat is completely cooked, dry the water and let the spices leave the oil well. Put the pot down.
In another bowl, heat oil over medium heat and add dried chillies, onions and garlic.
When the onion is golden brown, add 5-6 pieces of meat with spices from the cooked meat. Increase the heat of the oven and cover with a lid for 1 minute. Now reduce the heat of the oven and add the rest of the meat to this stock. Cook on low heat until the color of the meat changes according to your choice.
Bread, parota, rice or polao are all frozen with this delicious kalabhuna.
