Materials:

500 grams of meat,

Basmati rice 300 g,

3 tablespoons of tokadai,

Half a cup of onion barista

Ginger + garlic and a half teaspoon

One and a half teaspoon of chili powder,

Ghee 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste


Ingredients for Biryani Spices: 2 pieces of cinnamon, 4 pieces of cardamom, 4 cloves, 1 teaspoon of fennel, 1 piece of jaggery, one small piece of nutmeg.

- Fry the biryani spice ingredients in a dry pan for some time.


Method:

-Mix the meat with biryani spice, tokadai, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, barista and salt to taste for 2-3 hours.

- Boil rice with salt to taste and add 70% water.

- Now take a heavy heavy pot for cooking biryani and put marinated meat with oil and spices in it. Spread rice dripping water on it and level the rice layer with a spoon with half a cup of boiled rice, ghee and some barista. Spread.

- Mix the flour and seal well around the lid of the pot.

- Cook the biryani pot in the oven on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Then reduce the heat of the oven and put the biryani pot on a frying pan for another hour.

- Biryani is ready to eat if you take it down after one hour
