Fibroids or myomas are the most common tumors in the uterus in women of childbearing age.
A myoma, commonly known as a fibroid, is a benign (noncancerous) tumor that develops in or around the uterus. Fibroids are medically known as leiomyomas and are tumors of the smooth muscle, the tissue that normally makes up that wall of the uterus
These tumors are caused by excessive and abnormal growth of uterine muscles. About 20 percent of women over the age of 30 suffer from this problem. Fibroids are a type of benign tumor, not cancerous or dangerous.

In 28 to 40 percent of cases, it can only lead to infertility if the following events occur:

Because, the main problem may not be fibroids. Myomectomy surgically removes the fibroids from the uterine wall and sews them again. The uterus does not need to be cut. At present this surgery is performed either by cutting or perforating the abdomen. However, whether surgery is needed or not, it is important to know some things.
Such as: 1. This surgery can cause a lot of bleeding. In 20 to 25 percent of cases, the uterus may need to be removed during surgery.
2. There is a 10 to 15 percent chance of getting fibroids again after surgery. 3. The chances of getting pregnant after surgery are 40 to 60 percent. It depends on the number, size and surgical success of the fibroid tumor.
