There are two main hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle in women - estrogen and progesterone. Doctors say that the hormonal balance in the body varies during the period for this progesterone hormone. Progesterone levels gradually increase from the beginning of the period.


 5-6 days before the start of the period, the level of progesterone in the body becomes the maximum. This hormone progesterone usually relaxes the muscles. As a result, various problems are seen.


 On the other hand, towards the end of the menstrual cycle, progesterone levels begin to decline. At the very beginning of the period, its level is the lowest. Resulting in nausea. Again, someone is vomiting at this time.


Is it possible to avoid nausea in any way? You can no longer control the level of hormones in the body. Rather, make some changes to your diet.


Which can get rid of this problem. Try to eat foods with vitamin C. Only a healthy diet can keep your body healthy. Try to eat plenty of fruit before the period starts.


Carbohydrate-rich foods should be avoided during periods. If you do not eat carbohydrate foods, you will also get relief from pain during the period. For example, chapati, lentils, milk, yoghurt, buttermilk should not be eaten initially during the period.


During this time a little bit of exercise can go on. But intense workout will not work at all. And if there is pain in the abdomen and back, then it is not possible to exercise at all.


Try to eat light and digestible food at this time. Such as Khichuri, Suji, Idli-Sambar, Dosa etc. If there is pain in the abdomen and back, then it is not possible to exercise at all.
