Do this special breathing exercise to restore peace of mind


We are always busy with various problems and necessary work. Under the pressure of our busyness, we often forget to take care of ourselves. As a result, various physical and mental problems occur. But we can live a normal life only if we can control some small things in our life. We can stay physically and mentally fit only by adopting a few healthy methods.


1. We have to control our every breath. This means slowly returning to the brain to breathe. Like any other exercise, you can do it anytime or anywhere. You can also do this while doing gym lifting. By following the rhythm you can master the technique of breathing. Keep the mouth light with the mouth closed. You have to breathe through your nose twice.


2. You have to roar like a lion and exhale. Kneeling on the ground, you touch the buttocks to the soles of the feet. Place both hands on the knees, straighten the arms and spread the fingers. You have to exhale loudly with your breath.


3. This breathing exercise is very important to reduce your arousal and stress. Absolutely lie down and close your mouth. In this case you have to breathe through your mouth. However, do not take the air to fill the lungs. Exhale for 6 seconds. Do not forcefully exhale. Practice this exercise for 10 minutes. The body's resistance will increase.


4. Lie on the floor or kneel down. Place one hand near the ribs and one hand on the chest. When you inhale through the nose you will feel that air is coming out of your heart and your heart is getting wider. Keep doing this exercise in this rhythm. After a while, your brain and mind will come back to rest.
