বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার : গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্য দানকারী মায়েদের নাইট্রোগ্লিসারিন ০.৪% অয়েন্টমেন্ট ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সের শিশু ও কিশোরের ক্ষেত্রে এ অয়েন্টমেন্ট ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
