Secnidazole, সেকনিডাজল

Material: Secnidazole 1000mg DS Tablet and 500mg Suspension granulas making 

Instructions: Intestinal amniotic dysentery, liver inflammation of the liver, trichomonaas vaginalis urinary inflammation and vaginal inflammation and gyariadiasis. 

Dosage: Adult: 2 gram units. Children: 30 mg / kg (according to body weight) single dimension. It is recommended that you take it before eating. 

Warnings and in which cases can not be used: 

Known hyperactivity, patients should be advised not to take alcohol during treatment, that patients who have a history of blood disorder should refrain from advocating for use of secunditis.

 Side effects: Vomiting, hyper-pancreatic pain, metallic taste, tongue inflammation, anti-inflammatory, articaria, moderate type of leucopenia, which disappears immediately after the treatment is stopped. In rare cases, rotation of the muscles, muscular incompatibility and functional incompatibility, panchesia, marginal nerves. Reaction with other drugs: Dysalifram, Warfarin. 

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: During the pregnancy, it should not be consumed during the first three months and during the time of breastfeeding.

উপাদান : সেকনিডাজল ১০০০ মি.গ্রা. ডিএস ট্যাবলেট এবং ৫০০ মি.গ্রা. সাসপেনশন তৈরীর গ্র্যানুলস্‌ ।

নির্দেশনা : আন্ত্রিক অ্যামিবীয় আমাশয়, যকৃতের অ্যামিবীয় প্রদাহ, ট্রাইকোমোনাস ভ্যাজাইনালিস জনিত মূত্রনালী প্রদাহ ও যোনি প্রদাহ এবং জিয়ারডিয়াসিস। মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক : ২ গ্রাম এর একক মাত্রা। শিশু: ৩০ মি.গ্রা./কেজি (দেহের ওজন অনুসারে) একক মাত্রা। খাদ্য গ্রহণের ঠিক আগে সেবন বাঞ্ছনীয়।

সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : জ্ঞাত অতিসংবেদনশীলতা, চিকিৎসার সময় রোগীদের এলকোহল গ্রহণ না করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া উচিত যে সব রোগীর ব্লাড ডিসক্রেসিয়ার ইতিহাস আছে, সেসব রোগীকে সেকনিডাজল সেবনের পরামর্শ প্রদান করা থেকে বিরত থাকা উচিত।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : বমি ভাব, অধি-পাকস্থলিক বেদনা, ধাতব স্বাদ, জিহ্বা প্রদাহ, মুখবিবর প্রদাহ,  আর্টিকেরিয়া, মাঝারি ধরনের লিউকোপেনিয়া, যা চিকিৎসা বন্ধ করার সাথে সাথে অন্তর্হিত হয়। বিরল ক্ষেত্রে ঘূর্ণানুভূতি, পেশীর অসমক্রিয়া ও ক্রিয়াজনিত অসমন্বয়, পেরেস্থেশিয়া, প্রান্তিক স্নায়ু রোগ।

অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : ডাইসালফিরাম, ওয়ারফেরিন।

গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার :গর্ভধারণকালে প্রথম তিন মাস এবং স্তন্যদানকালীন সময়ের মধ্যে সেবন করা উচিত নয়।
