মাত্রা ও ব্যবহারবিধি :
১. ডিসফাংশনাল ইউটেরিন ব্লিডিং: ১টি নরইথিস্টেরন ট্যাবলেট দিনে ৩ বার করে ১০ দিন। চিকিৎসা অবশ্যই ১০ দিন পূর্ন করতে হবে।
২. প্রি-মেন্সট্রুয়াল সিনড্রোম: মাসিকের লুটিয়াল সময়ে ১-৩ টি মেনোরাল ট্যাবলেট খেতে হবে।
৩. মাসিকের সময় নির্ধারন: মাসিকের সময় নরইথিস্টেরন এর মাধ্যমে নির্ধারণ করা যায়। ১টি করে নরইথিস্টেরন ট্যাবলেট দিনে ২-৩ বার। কাঙ্খিত মাসিক শুরু হবার ৩ দিন আগে মেনোরাল খাওয়া শুরু করতে হবে এবং সর্বোচ্চ ১০-১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত নরইথিস্টেরন খাওয়া যেতে পারে। কোনভাবেই এর থেকে বেশি দিন খাওয়া যাবে না। নরইথিস্টেরন বন্ধ করার ২-৩ দিনের ভিতর মাসিকের রক্তপাত শুরু হবে।
৪.এন্ডো মেট্রোয়সিস স্বাভাবিক রজঃচক্রের ১ম থেকে ৫ম দিনের ভিতর চিকিৎসা শুরু করতে হবে। প্রথম দিকে ১টি নরইথিস্টেরন ট্যাবলেট দিনে দুইবার করে শুরু করতে হবে, যা পরবর্তীতে ২টি করে ট্যাবলেট পর্যন্ত বাড়ানো যেতে পারে। এ চিকিৎসা ৪-৬ মাস পর্যন্ত চালিয়ে যেতে হবে এবং চিকিৎসা চলাকালীন সময়ে মাসিক এবং ওভুলেশন হবে না। কোনভাবেই মাঝপথে চিকিৎসা বন্ধ করা যাবে না। ওষুধ খাওয়া বন্ধের পর স্বাভাবিক মাসিক শুরু হবে।
৫. মেনোরেজিয়া : ১-৩টি মেনোরাল ট্যাবলেট মাসিক চক্রের ৫ম থেকে ২৫ তম দিন পর্যন্ত খেতে হবে।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া : নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে মেনোরাল ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
