Instructions: Acute bacterial exacerbation is indicated in ovarian bronchitis, acute sinusitis, community acord pneumonia, general skin or skin structure infections, general urinary tract infection (seestitis), complex urinary tract infections, pellonphritis, uncommitted urethra and survayal gonorrhea and acute uncompressed rectal infections.
Dimensions and Usage Rules: 400mg 1 to 5 times a day for days.
Alert and which can not be used: The over-sensitive patient can not be applied. Can change the electrocardiogram (increase the QT interval). Resetting the level of renal function (the <40 ml / min) in the cleavaten clearance is necessary. Goutflexacin can cause glucose levels such as hyper or hypoglycemia in the blood. Therefore, it can not be given to diabetic patients.
Side effects: nausea, stomach ache, diarrhea, disinfection and headache.
Response with other drugs: Prebense, Iron, Antacid.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: Procedure for use during pregnancy and milking has not been established.

মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : ৪০০ মি.গ্রা. দিনে ১ বার ৫-১০ দিন।
সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : অতিসংবেদনশীল রোগীকে প্রয়োগ করা যাবে না। ইলেক্ট্রোকার্ডিওগ্রামের পরিবর্তন আনিতে পারে (কিউ টি সি ইন্টারভেল বাড়ায়)। রেনাল ফাংশন ইমপেয়ারমেন্টে (ক্রিয়াটিনিন ক্লিয়ারেন্সে <৪০ মি.লি./মিনিট) মাত্রা পুনঃ নির্ধারণের প্রয়োজন হয়। গ্যাটিফ্লক্সাসিন গ্রহণের ফলে রক্তে গ্লুকোজের মাত্রার হেরফের যেমন হাইপার অথবা হাইপোগ্লাইসেমিয়া হতে পারে। অতএব ডায়াবেটিক রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে এটি দেয়া যাবে না।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : বমি বমি ভাব, পেটে ব্যথা, ডায়রিয়া, ডিজিনেছ এবং মাথা ব্যথা।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : প্রবেনেসিড, আয়রণ, এন্টাসিড।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : গর্ভাবস্থা এবং দুগ্ধদানকালে ব্যবহারে কার্যনিরাপত্তা প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়নি।
শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার : শিশু ও বয়ঃসন্ধিকালে (১৮ বছরের নীচে) ব্যবহারের কার্য নিরাপত্তা সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়নি।
