4. Stay away from things that lose attention


Whenever you don’t want to do a task with attention, that attention can be lost through the various things around you. This can be one of the tools to weaken your brain.

The main reason for this loss of attention in the current era is the digital devices. Such as mobile phones, laptops and various other devices. Which take you away from any of your specific tasks.


So you can’t do anything that makes you lose your focus. If you do one and suddenly lose your focus, your brain will slowly take over.


It is often seen that when you go to do a job, someone comes and obstructs you. So my advice is if you are at home you have to do any work with attention, move everyone away if you need to or if you sit down to read.


Then close the door of the room and try to study with continuous attention. This will make your brain more crowded than before and will work faster otherwise you will not be able to read anymore if the light loses a little attention.

5. Read something every day
