What to do to reduce fat
1. Don't eat too much at once, eat little by little. Apply a small amount every two hours.
2. If sugary food does not fill the stomach, eat vegetables. Can eat with any sour fruit.
3. Eat more fruits with peel. You can quench your thirst with guava, plum, amra, cucumber.
4. If you want to eat meat alone, you should eat it by excluding the fat part. Leave out broth or potatoes.
5. Any kind of fried in oil, fast food should be completely avoided.
6. Drink plenty of water. Water will increase the body's metabolism and prevent fat accumulation.
7. In order to reduce belly fat, exercise should be done along with food control.
8. If you come to the gym regularly and do the necessary exercises, you will get the results very quickly. And if going to the gym isn't possible, swimming, cycling, brisk walking, jumping rope—these can be great exercises to lose belly fat.
9. Apart from this, even if you make a habit of walking without using the elevator, or walking uphill from the bottom of the flyover, the fat will fall quickly.
