Ingredients:
Cow's or goat's liver - 500 grams
Onion crush - 1 cup
Adabata - 1 teaspoon

Method:
Boil the liver, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves. Then fry with chopped onion. Add water and remove the spices. When the spice oil is released, add the liver and remove again, add hot water and salt to taste and cook on medium heat. Add hot spice powder and cook for 5 minutes to the desired concentration of broth. Sprinkle with crushed green chillies and fried cumin powder.
Tips:
-If you do not want to boil the liver for easy removal of both blood and odor of the liver, soak the liver with a little vinegar and salt in normal temperature water for half an hour and wash the liver with clean water 2/3 more times.
- If the liver is soaked in milk for 15-20 minutes before cooking, the smell of the liver is removed and it becomes soft and fun after cooking.
It doesn't take as long as meat to cook the liver. The liver is cooked in 20-25 minutes. If you burn it with extra time, the liver becomes hard. So refrain from cooking for a long time like liver meat.
