Boots with meat 6
Meat with bones 1/2 kg
1 cup of boot dal
3 tbsp onion paste
Garlic 2 tbsp
Adabata 1 tsp
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 teaspoons of chilli powder
Coriander + cumin powder 1 teaspoon
3 pieces of cinnamon
4-5 cardamoms
2 bay leaves
3 whole garlic (desired)
Like the amount of mustard oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash the pulses well and soak them for at least 2-3 hours. Marinate the meat with all the ingredients (except oil, pulses, whole garlic) and marinate for at least 1 hour.
When it is heated with oil in a pan, add the marinated meat with spices in it. The water that comes out of the meat will cook the meat a lot.
When the water of the meat is completely dry, add the lentils to it. Add some more water. Add the same amount of hot water. Cook over medium heat. (When the broth boils, add the whole garlic.) Remove if density is desired.
