Amlexanox 5% অ্যামলেক্সানক্স 5%

 

Instructions: The wound of the mouth cavity, including the Aljiba, is used in the wound treatment of the upper part of the throat.

Dimensions and Usage: Use as soon as possible after wounding. The face should be cleaned after 4 times or after every meal. First dry the wounds and clean the mouth. Then wash the hands well and apply Amlexanox 5% paste to the wound on the finger. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Paste with eye contact, wash with plenty of eyes. Use until the wound is completely good. Consult a doctor if you do not see improvement in 10 days.

Precautions can not be used in all cases: Pregnant mothers are safe to use, but they must be determined before using it. For those mothers who breast-feed the children, be careful about the use of Amlexanox 5%. Amlexanox 5% use utility is not tested for children. It can not be used for extremely sensitive patients for ameloxons or its components.

Side effects: There may be slight irritation and pain in the wound due to use of Amlexanox 5% 5%. In some cases there may be inflammation, nausea, and diarrhea in the inside of the mouth.

উপাদান : প্রতি গ্রাম পেস্ট এ আছে ৫০ মি. গ্রা. এ্যামলেক্সানক্স আই. এন. এন.।

নির্দেশনা : মুখ গহ্বর এর ক্ষত, আলজিহ্বা সহ গলার উপরের অংশের ক্ষত চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহার যোগ্য।

মাত্রা ও ব্যবহারবিধি : ক্ষত দেখা দেবার পর যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ব্যবহার করতে হবে। দিনে ৪ বার অথবা প্রতিবার খাবার পর মুখ পরিষ্কার করে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। প্রথমে মুখ ভালো করে পরিষ্কার করে ক্ষতস্থান গুলো শুকিয়ে নিন। এরপর হাত ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে এ্যামলেক্সানক্স পেস্ট আঙ্গুলে নিয়ে ক্ষত স্থানের উপর লাগিয়ে নিন। ব্যবহারের পর হাত ভাল করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। চোখের সংস্পর্শে পেস্ট আসলে চোখ প্রচুর পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন। ক্ষত সম্পূর্ণ রূপে ভাল না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ব্যবহার করুন। ১০ দিন ব্যবহারে উন্নতি দেখা না গেলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।

সতর্কতা ও যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : গর্ভবতী মায়েদের জন্য এ্যাপ্‌সল ব্যবহার করা নিরাপদ তবে ব্যবহার করার পূর্বে তা আসলে প্রয়োজন কিনা তা নির্ধারন করতে হবে। শিশুদের বুকের দুধ খাওয়ান এমন মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে এ্যামলেক্সানক্স ব্যবহারে সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে। শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে এ্যামলেক্সানক্স এর ব্যবহার উপযোগিতা পরীক্ষা করা হয়নি। এ্যামলেক্সানক্স বা এর উপাদান সমূহের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীল রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে এটি ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া : এ্যামলেক্সানক্স ব্যবহারে ক্ষত স্থানে সামান্য জ্বালাপোড়া ও ব্যথার অনুভূতি হতে পারে। কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে মুখ গহ্বরের ভিতরের আবরনে প্রদাহ, বমিভাব ও ডায়রিয়া হতে পারে।
