Dimensions and Usage Rules: Adult: Twice spray twice per night in spray. Children (6-12 years): In every nostril a spray twice a day. Children below 6 years of age can not be used.
Alert and which can not be used: Baclomethasan can not be used when highly sensitive to dipropionate drugs.
Side effect: In rare cases, the nose curtain can be holes. Like other neural spores, bleeding may occur in nose and throat, dryness, irritation, uncomfortable taste and odor and nose.

মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক : প্রতি নাসারন্ধ্রে দুইটি করে স্প্রে দিনে দুইবার। শিশু (৬-১২ বছর) : প্রতি নাসারন্ধ্রে একটি করে স্প্রে দিনে দুইবার। শিশুদের বয়স ৬ বছরের নীচে হলে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : বেক্লোমিথাসন ডাইপ্রোপায়োনেট ওষুধের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা হলে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : দূর্লভ ক্ষেত্রে নাকের পর্দা ছিদ্র হয়ে যেতে পারে। অন্যান্য ন্যাজাল স্প্রের মতই নাক ও গলায় শুষ্কভাব, জ্বালাপোড়া, অস্বস্তিকর স্বাদ ও গন্ধ এবং নাক দিয়ে রক্তক্ষরণ দেখা যেতে পারে।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : কোন পর্যাপ্ত ও সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত তথ্য প্রমাণাদি পাওয়া যায়নি। কেবলমাত্র গর্ভবতী মায়েদের ভ্রুণের সম্ভাব্য ক্ষতির চেয়ে উপকারিতা অপেক্ষাকৃত বেশী বিবেচিত হলেই ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
